My Health Text is a service that sends patients appointment reminders via text message.

The text message will contain the date, time and the name of the person who your appointment is with.

You can now cancel appointments through MY Health Text by simply replying with the word CANCEL. This will automatically cancel your upcoming appointment on our system. Please do not reply with anything other than the word CANCEL as staff are not able to respond to these messages and your appointment may not be cancelled from our system.
