Please be aware that we are currently experiencing an unprecedented high volume of calls. Please only contact the surgery for an urgent medical problem. For everything else (queries, results, sick notes, prescription queries) please use the practice email .

Please see below for any updates and changes that the practice is making due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • For the foreseeable future we will not be making pre-bookable appointments. If you wish to make an appointment please ring the surgery on 02920 739999 and do not queue outside.

  • If you feel that you need to be seen by a GP you will first be given a telephone triage appointment. You will be assessed by the GP over the telephone and if the GP feels you need to be seen they will make you an appointment. Only patients specifically told by the GP to attend surgery will be admitted into the building.

  • Please be aware that you will be asked to attend any appointments on your own to reduce the amount of footfall through the practice.
  • All pre-booked appointments will be cancelled during this time. A member of the practice team will be in contact with, please be aware that this may be at short notice. You can provide an up to date contact number here

  • Please send prescription requests via post, email, online or through your designated pharmacy. Please do not visit the surgery to request your prescription.

  • There is currently a high amount of requests for 'rescue packs' for patients with pre-existing respiratory conditions such as asthma or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). We are trying to make sure there is no acute shortage of medicines for those who are critically unwell. Please do not routinely contact the surgery for a 'rescue pack' unless you have significant COPD. Patients with pre-existing respiratory disease should continue to manage their condition in the usual way and if you feel you have symptoms of COVID-19 go to and use the coronavirus symptom checker before doing anything else or contact the surgery to discuss the problem with a clinician.  A helpful website for asthmatic patients:
