Strength and Balance Exercises At Home

Public Health Wales have developed some simple guides for strength and balance exercises which can be done at home, using kitchen counters and dining chairs.

These are based on the recommendations from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and NHS England. They are designed to help people who are currently finding it difficult to carry out much activity but would like to work on their strength and balance.
