We operate a same day access surgery every morning (limited appointments available). Please contact reception for an allocated appointment time.

Please be aware that at the direction of the doctors you may be asked to give a brief reason for the appointment. This is so we can direct you to the best service or clinician for you.

We would like to make patients aware that if you call the practice on a smartphone we do advise that you should end the call and redial instead of using the call back function as you may not be added in the queue.

Afternoon surgery is by appointment only with times ranging from 2.00 - 5.20 pm.

If the doors are closed and you need to speak to a doctor between 8 am & 6.30 pm, you should ring 02920 739999  and a message will give information on how to do this.

If you wish to speak to the doctor on the telephone, this is possible at the end of surgeries. Please contact the surgery to arrange this but please tell the receptionist the nature of your call if possible.

Chaperone Policy

Please be aware that if you would like a chaperone present during an intimate examination (or for any other reason) please inform reception staff or your Doctor/Nurse.

In the event of the practice not being able to offer you a chaperone at that time, you will be given the option of re-booking for a new date.

Test Results

The receptionist will be able to give you results of investigations after 2.00 pm, either at the counter or by telephone.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the appointment to someone else.
